Reema01Bollywood’s favourite mum passes away


Reema Lagoo, the beautiful actress who was known to play the role of the mum in some of Bollywood’s biggest blockbusters sadly passed away today on the 18th May 2017 after suffering a cardiac arrest.


Adored by her co-stars and fans Reema, aged 59 starred alongside some of the biggest superstars such as Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Kajol and Juhi Chawla – to just name a few!


She starred in a number of box office hits such as, Maine Pyar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Kal Ho Na Ho and Kuch Kuch Hota Hain. Having starredreemaandsalman in TV serials too Reema was a household name all over the world.


It is reported that she was admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai at 1am (Local time) on 18 May 2017 after she complained of chest pain. She was reported to have passed away on the same day at 3:15am from cardiac arrest. It is believe that at the time of her death, she was described as being “perfectly fine” and having “no health issues.”


Aamir Khan, Kajol, Rishi Kapoor were among those who attended her funeral which took place today in Mumbai.


Reema02Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is believed to have said that he feels like her has ‘lost a mother again’ today.
