Bollywood stars gathered fo
r the a special memorial gathering to pay their last respects to the budding film star Jiah Khan who took her own life in her Mumbai apartment on 3rd June 2013.
The likes of Aamir Khan, Deepika Padukone, Radhir Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor and many others were amongst those who attended the special prayer gathering in name of the actress who made her debut in the movie ‘Nishabd’ opposite Bollywood legend, Amitach Bachchan.
Jiah was found hanging at her flat in Sagar Sangeet Building in the posh Juhu area here on June 3rd at around midnight, after committing suicide.
Reports suggest Jiah was highly depressed.
Aamir Khan and a whole host of other Bollywood celebs visited Jiah’s memorial gathering held at the Vile Parle Medical Club. His wife Kiran Rao was present.
Aamir was said to be in tears whilst offering prayers to the actress who starred with him in his hit movie ‘Ghajini’.
