These two stars have been the highlight of many stories in the world of Bollywood for a few years now. They’re sometimes on, they’re sometimes off, then they’re on again and then they’re off again, however whatever their romantic situation may be these two have an unbreakable bond and they don’t shy away from admitting that to anyone else.
At the recent press gathering Salman Khan held in London, Salman showed his affection for Katrina when asked ‘if he could be a real-life Bodyguard for someone who would that be?’ and he replied ‘Katrina’.
Katrina and Salman have been working together on their next project ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ in Dublin, and rumours amongst the world of Bollywood is that the pair have been spending lots of time together and seem to have gotten quite close again.
Many people also believe that Salman may be the reason that Katrina declined Ayaan Mukerji's offer to 
star in his next film opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
While there were stories that date problems and pending projects were the main reasons for her refusal, rumours has it that Salman Khan is the person behind his ex-girlfriend's decision. According to the grapevine, Katrina was apparently asked by Salman to opt out of Ayaan's next project with Dharma.
Both, Katrina & Salman have denied any reports of them being romantically involved with other anymore and insist they are good friends – and this is quite obvious and it seems Salman’s recent health scare has made them even closer friends than before…like we said they have an unbreakable bond.
